Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 28, 2025
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Since our products are fulfilled by different partners, our return and refund policy varies depending on the item type.
1. Print-On-Demand Products (Fulfilled by Printify)
Printify products are made to order and unique to each customer. As such:
- No returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, color, or for buyer’s remorse.
are offered for defective, damaged, or misprinted items.
To report an issue:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide clear photos showing the damage or issue.
- If multiple items are affected, include a group photo (or video) showing all affected items.
No return is required for damaged items. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
Note: A 0.5" tolerance for print placement is acceptable and not considered a defect.
2. Non-Printify Products (Zopi, eBay, AliExpress)
We also source products from suppliers in China and the U.S. using platforms like Zopi, eBay, and AliExpress. For these items:
only if the item is: - Damaged or defective
- Significantly different from the description
- The wrong item was sent
- No returns or refunds for wrong size/color ordered or change of mind.
To file a claim:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
- Wait for approval before returning any item (if applicable).
If the issue is our fault, we’ll cover return shipping or refund without needing the item back. If not, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing may take 5–10 business days.
