• Zopi, eBay, and AliExpress (international suppliers from China and the U.S.)

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Times

Delivery times begin after your order has been processed. Times may vary based on location, customs, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

• Printify Products: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Zopi, eBay, AliExpress Products: Shipping is free — it's already included in the product price.

4. Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. If you made a mistake, contact us immediately at prsnsx@hkiug.com. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with clear photos so we can resolve the issue.
